Lack of communication and support

I am so disappointed at Zanele. She promised to call me a month ago when I call the company to enquire. I needed explanation as to how many years will I be paying for this, and I wanted to make amendments on the amounts to be paid but no communication. 🚮 that time my money is being deducted, I feel so ****med. Because when I called the companies I owed, I was told no payments had been made. I even went as far as paying myself.
