Good day Mr / Mrs, the manager of Yanela who works as a call center agent at Alphadebt. She's such a diligent listener in relation to our queries from clients. I've called today to make a follow up on my Identity account which had problems that were not resolved, but she managed to follow up with the identity group on my behalf and managed to get clarity, my case is resolved and identify group are now aware that my account has been over paid, and they'll return the money back to my account. The Credit I give her is that she was patient to listen to my query and also she saw a need to explain your processes as a company to me, thirdly she tackled my issue with urgency and honor. Finally which is calling me back with the updates of my query as she promised. She deserves a recognition and supervisory role to educate the other team mates. I'm satisfied with her service.
