I want the 17. Reject form
I have been asking for 17.R form to this Alpha Debt management after they made me to join and counsel it same day but even now they not assisting me to give me this form and they really affecting my vehicle account because I can not make enquiries anymore in regards of my vehicle because of them, today their consultant called colly or conny a woman she didn’t wanna assist me to send the form she just said bye and not assist, this company is not doing well to some of us I still need assistance even now

16 Aug 2021, 12:10Not yet assisted until you guys communicate with absa Debt Review to remove me from their debt review because they say they want 17.R form in order to remove it they do not want the 17.W form so you guys since you know how this is all done communicate with the once I call them and I'm able to make Enquiries on my absa vehicle then I will do a review well about you guys and write positive message but now you making me do admin work being told my account is under absa Debt Review and is sent by you guys they require 17.R form not 17,w but you guys are not able to remove it but it was easy for you to hand my account to them
Speak to absa Debt Review to remove my account because I am paying them well every month but now they can't assist me but I'm paying every month on my account Regards ***
