Horrible service and misleading information

A consultant from this company called me in 2020 and offered to assist me to reduce my debt, I agreed to this telephonically however I did not sign any paperwork and on top of that I was not informed that my name was going to be placed under debt review. The consult gave me false information when I enquired on the line if I will still be able to apply for credit like vehicle finance the consultant said yes I will not be blocked anywhere. Please remove my name from debt review with your company as you have failed to assist me in paying my debts
