Disgraceful Service

I am getting no help from this firm, as I cant even send them an email, as the one provided on the site does not work. I have rated the company, only to be able to right a review, otherwise I do not feel that they need any rating.

This company was very helpful and constantly calling and harassing me, just to get me on as a client, ever since then, I have received no assistance from them that has been helpful. I have also paid up my credit card debt, before the debit order occurred in May, and yet they have still deducted money from my account for end May & June. With me informing them that I HAVE PAID UP MY ACCOUNT.
