I just received a phone call from a John claiming to be from the NCR Head office, claiming that I am over-indebted and he will help me reduce the interest rate, when I asked him based on what does can he claim I'm over-indebted, he just kept saying he is trying to help me, I must listen to him, he was so rude, he even dropped the phone on me.
