Debt Review Cancellation with Alpha Debt Management

I am Themba, I have never experienced such a BAD SERVICE in my entire life. Alpha Debt Management its a ****. I once received a call from the lady called Nosy on the 6th of Jan 2021 and told me that they are helping people to pay their debts with the average of 50% since its pandemic time. I asked her if I would still be able to do any credits or to buy a car/house by bank finance and she rep**** "Yes". She asked me to retrieve a certain link and Initialize my name & Sur...Then I did. She then asked for my ID copy and bank statement..then i told her I only have my ID copy with me but i dnt have other docs and She said they will wait for my docs in order to proceed. Few minutes later I phoned them and asked them not to proceed with the debt review and they said its okay they will cancel it. When I checked my phone on the 31st of Jan 2021, says there's a certain amount debited from Alpha debt but Capitec and MTN still debited their normal monthly installs as normal like am not under debt review.

I then went to the bank to check whether I am under debt review and they confirmed am being put under Debt review with Alpha Debt Management. I really want out from this people because they breached the contract and I told them same day that I am no longer interested but yet they proceeded. Their contact numbers are not working and also their email addresses. They are nowhere to be found. I want to cut ties with them so that I can pay my debts normally as I was not struggling. Also I want the W17 from to show that I have withdrawn from DEBT REVIEW.
