Cruel and **** company Alpha it is

This company is a really terrible and ****ty company. They put me under debt review without my knowledge and the person who called me then blocked me. Her name is Kelly. I have now paid the R500.00 for clearance certificate but they not responding to me and it has been over 2 months still have not received anything. Please hellopeter assist me with this guys
