I am Lindiwe i have recieved a call from one of the Agents By the name of Taricka she called and signed me up and i later told her not to go ahead with it i will come back to her ahe went on when i told her i will not submit my Id copy as i am still thinking about it l. I later around the 26th go ans purchase something from my account it says declined they called the head office they sdvised im.under Alpha debt review.so i am.running up and down making manual payment for that which i yold this girl dnt process it i want to think.about it.

This people wanting to make sales is costing us our reputation and giving us alot of run arounds

I am.asking for the last to please get this removed from my name.if this is not sorted out i am going to contact the ombudsman.i will not stop until i get my name removed.
