Cancellation

I am Lindiwe Moloi I have been struggling with the Debt review as I have requested that to cancel the request to be I under debt review as i asked the Agent to Cancel this request to my surprise it has has been proceeded already I am being send from pillar to post cause now my debits cannot be debited I am requesting this to be sorted out the company is not competent service.They say my name is removed from.debt thou when I contact the bank I am told I am still under debt review I cannot run this up and down it's now 3months I am being made a fool no,no one contacts me whatsoever pathetic very pathetic
