Bad Service

In November I joined Alpha Debt management. On the 13th November my creditors debit orders went of. I immediately contacted Nosi the lady that assisted me to inform her that my debits went of. Nosi assured me my first payment will be in December. On 16th Alpha Debt deducted R5803, 80 from my account. I have called Alpha everyday day for my refund and everytime they waiting on the manager to process, or they going to call me back. This is a ****. They never contact you and now my calls going straight to answering machine.
