Alpha Debt Management is horrible

Alpha phoned me and said that my bank selected me for their services to help me get lower interest rates on my loans. They even said ' Congratulations '. Well it did not work out as they only wanted to do 2 accounts! I said no thank you. Mind you, all my debt was up to date until they entered the picture. I asked to cancel within a few days. They said I must pay them over R8000 to cancel. They settled for R5000 which I paid. I thought once I paid, this nightmare will be over, but alas! They told my creditors that I was unco‐operative! Instead of just giving me the document stating that it was cancelled. Now I cannot even use my cheque account. Legalwise is assisting. E now. This nightmare is still continuing and I won't give up
