ALPHA DEBT MANAGEMENT

I recieved a call from one of their agents claiming she can assist me with reducing my instalments, i made it clear im on maternity leave that is why some accounts are behind coz im only getting half of my salary, i fell for it only to find out i was being placed under review. Recently i tried appying for a car and it was declined that is how i found out. And to show that they are ****s i requested to be sent a detailed document of what they are making me get into what they send was some infusion document which is just a funeral plan, how pathetic. So now i have sent an email of withdrawal that they must remove me under debt review as i can afford my debts i am not indebted, and funny part they did not request for bank statement or Payslip so how do you get a judgement on my name that im in debts? How did they do it? I sent an email 3 days ago and a watsapp and the response i get is "Noted" they cant even communicate proffesionally so how does one even convince the court someone is in debts? I want an Answer ASAP and for my name to be removed else i am taking the matter to the ombudsman. There was no transparency therefore they cannot put me under debt review, everything with them is for self gain unfortunately im not leaving this one. My name cant be tarnished because someone wants a sale.
