Alpha Debt Management

This people called me 5 to 6 months back speaking nicely how they can reduce my installment and didn't say much then I was interested. Down the line I started receiving email I am on arrears on all of my account while they were debiting R10500 each month now I can't get hold of them the bank tried to stop it but still they chaw my mine. I am debited twice for arreas while they are also debit that R10.5k. Please assist @Hellopeter
