Poor Service

The worst retail company to do business with or at least try to purchase from, zero respect for customers. I ordered and paid for items on the 25th of March, I was told I would received my merchandise after 3 weeks, but this was honored, I was told they are facing backlog and I would receive my merchandise on the 21st of June, absurd if you ask me, having to wait for 4 months for clothing merchandise. I then asked for a refund on the 21st of May 2024 and to date have not received feedback or my money. They ignore all my messages on WhatsApp. I'm disappointed and frustrating because of this appalling experience I've subjected.
