I have bought clothes with Alora on the 23rd July 2026 and I received an email saying they are in process but their status doesn’t change and since then I haven’t received any correspondence from them, i used your Account, can you please Assist in tracking them and finding out about my delivery as they are not responding to my emails and while you guys debited the first payment from my Account, my order number is 11050 and I’m surprised why they taking this long, rather I get the refund so that you guys can also take your credit money back because now I suspect that this is a ****.
