Bad customer service

Place an order in March, was informed about a delay in delivery. I decided to be patient, received another email about another delay in delivery. Requested a refund was told about the 3-10 day refund policy. Decided to patient again, sent a text, no one gets back to you. My calls got rejected. I'd like my money back.
