Annoyed with this ongoing ****!

The worst experience ever. They don’t have any other form of contact besides an email address which you would never receive feedback from. I placed an order in May and been following up since, with no luck. Looking at the reviews they seem to be a ****, I don’t know why with so many bad reviews their account has not been shut down. What will it take? Because this is a *****ulent account and a ****. Really disappointed. Shoot me for trying to support a brand only to be thrown with a plate of nonsense. They should be shut. Our complaints are in vain and this will not be resolved clearly,
