Alora bad customer service!!!

One of the worse experiences. We purchased a product from Alora in August 2024. Till today we have not received any update. Me and my wife sent them emails requesting feedback/update regarding our product we bought but no communication from Alora. They really need to improve their communication department, it's very poor an nonexistent. We trying to support local South African businesses but with such bad customers experience, it's hard to support them. I hope they can deliver our product or pay us back.
