STAY AWAY FROM ALOAN!!!!!!!!

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding a matter that has been causing me significant frustration over the past two weeks. I have been attempting to get my details updated with your organization, but despite my repeated efforts, I have been unable to make any progress.

Every time I speak with customer care, I am promised assistance, but unfortunately, I am either ignored or not followed up with. Shalom has been unresponsive and has not taken action. On WhatsApp, my calls are being declined, and at one point, my number seems to have been blocked, and responding literally 5 hours later, further compounding the issue.

This matter is urgent, and the delay is causing me undue inconvenience. I kindly request your intervention to resolve this issue promptly. Please ensure that my details are updated as soon as possible and that I am kept informed of the progress.
