Same day service resolution

Apart from helping me out of my financial trouble when I needed it, they have such quick reliable customer service.

I had a double debit on my account and called the service center. They requested my bank statement via email which I sent. Believe me when I say there were no hassles, they refunded the very same day and to woke up to the funds in my account the following morning!
