No refund after double deduction!

Good day,

I had a loan repayment with A;LOAN, last month there was a double deduction. I alerted them last week and the promised to have the refund back into my account in 48 hours which was last Friday. Its Tuesday today there is refund of R2389,88. I am beginning to doubt if they will pay me back. I have a sick child that I need to buy medication for my money is gone. I am beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!
