Double Deduction

I am not happy with the way yall do your business, I was double deducted for a loan I took with yall, now when I ask for a refund, not even one person is responding to my emails to Atleast acknowledge them what kind of customer service do yall have? CAN I HAVE MY REFUND BACK PLEASE, I don't think if tables were turned someone was to owe yall double the money yall borrowed them u would have appreciated the up and down I am getting from yall
