Not able to deliver for no apparent reason

I ordered an iPad mini. A week or so later I wondered what had become of my order. When I checked on the site, I discovered that the order was labeled "Delivery area not accessible". I don't live in a rural area. I live in Pretoria East — the affluent part of the administrative capital of South Africa!

The only way to contact Allo Allo is by using the "Contact us" form on the web site; there is no phone number and no email address. I sent a message and more than a week later there is no reply. I sent a message again, waited a few days, and lo and behold — nothing.

I was left with no other option than to cancel my order. How useless can you be?! What a waste of my time.
