Missing order
Allo allo have bad service it's been 41 day's now and still haven't received my shipment. Poor customer service the only way to contact them is through the website only and they never answer. I ordered an iphone 13 pro February 19th it's April 1st today still no order

Not able to deliver for no apparent reason
I ordered an iPad mini. A week or so later I wondered what had become of my order. When I checked on the site, I discovered that the order was labeled "Delivery area not accessible". I don't live in a rural area. I live in Pretoria East — the affluent part of the administrative capital of South Africa! The only way to contact Allo Allo is by using the "Contact us" form on the web site; there is no phone number and no email address. I sent a message and more than a week later there is no reply. I sent a message again, waited a few days, and lo and behold — nothing. I was left with no other option than to cancel my order. How useless can you be?! What a waste of my time.
