Allo Allo doesn’t ask you for options!

I bought an IPhone 13 Pro Max( Silver) but received Graphite color and I paid R209.90 for priority shipping but only received the phone in 3 weeks time, why did I have to pay for priority shipping if it’s not shipped within the stipulated days?
