Horrible service from clueless puseletso and so-called team leader kara

This company should basically be shut down. Not sure if NCR and FSCA are aware of the incompentence we're subjected to as consumers. The endless times I've tried to communicate with this nonsense of a company, the awful service I've received from the so-called team leader named kara and some clueless consultant named puseletso. If puseletso isn't off work, she doesn't have a clue how to help. As for this kara, she basically **** and said she'd send me an email in order to continue with my case. I'm yet to receive this email. They're so quick to ask and demand that you make payment on an account. Once payment is made, the battle of obtaining settlement letter begins. Where no one wants to help or even give you proper guidelines in order to get assisted. It is so disappointing having to be met with such incompetence and constant lies.
