Worst Service I have experienced

I had just had the most pathetic service from this place and if I am able to give less than just 1 star I would.

I had owed getbucks some money which I had made an arrangement with these people to clear up. I had been paying the account via debit order and on the last month I had an outstanding amount of R146.11 and the account would have been settled and closed. The debit went of as scheduled and the incorrect amount was debited, I then reversed the debit order and call them to reinstate the debit for the correct amount to be debited, this never happened. No one contacted me since April/May nothing up till August. Then MDB called me to say they calling me regarding the getbucks loan I had taken and to my knowledge I had assumed this was all sorted and I was told this was handed over to them. Back and forth I sent and no one knew what was going on. Finally Christiaan from Aliance called me saying they have sorted it out and the amount owed will be required they will send me a letter again nothing happened.
