Worst experience

This is the worst I have ever experienced. I received an email from them claiming I had made arrangements to pay, my Isabella Cracia account,, which I have not, I spoke to this rude guy by the name of Nkonjane Mbenenge, who was unprofessional on his emails, couldn't even answer any question, he rep**** saying do I think this is a joke, I asked to speak to a manager Thabang which was even worse. They can't even give you any information.
