Poor service from telkom

Bad service from Telkom durban I bought data from monice for R17. 50 x2 and did not receive the data I called 4 times and on 5th time I ask them to log a call and I received a case number. Please assist urgently as I need the data to use as I work on my phone. Case ***3 my contact number is ***
