POOR SERVICE

I was contacted by 3 different people to talk to me about the issue im having with vodacom. On the 7th of Feb 2024 at 9:54 i was contact by a lady who ask me the same questions ask me to email her all the case i logged againt vodacom and i did sent the mail. Was contacted ever sice 4 time a day from different people on my celk and work phone to tell the same story over and over and it is very frustrating because every time I being told they will make notes on the systems and link the email with the proof on the account and quite frankly they not there jobs. And this is so unacceptable that you are being treated like a ******** because otheres cannot do what they are supposed to do.
