PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been dealing with these people for over 3 months since i defaulted on a payment with GETBUCKS, since then they have provided me with a settlement letter in September for the amount of R1478 and it has been paid. They have done noting but promise to call me back with regards to a paid up letter and that this will be updated on my credit profile and this is becoming extremely frustrating as none of the above has been done. I keep call the call centre and they keep giving me the run around for over a month now and the getbucks account is still showing i owe them money even though this is not true.

I have been trying to get this matter sorted to no avail as no one calls me back or their team leaders who all the call center agents refer to you are never available when i call back.

I now am going to take this matter further and sue for all my calls that i have made as it is becoming more costly for me to call back every single time with no response.

This is the most pathetic service ive ever received.
