Paid Up Letters Long Overdue

Good Day I honestly don't know what to say anymore. On the 12 July 2019 I made settlements on three of my account that you guys called me almost everyday for me to pay. Now that I've settled them I'm struggling to get paid up letters. I am really disappointed but most of all furious as you keep saying all will sorted but nothing is being done. Last week I even spoke to Tebogo Ndlovu's team leader and he assured me that he will sort this out ASAP, well till today I'm still waiting. Should I not get my paid up letters by today I will take this up with the NCR.
