Paid up letter request

I have been struggling get feedback from Alliance, I have settled two accounts and I've been trying to get a paid up letter to be send since the 21st of July and my ITC to be updated by Getbucks which i had an account. all I'm getting is nothing after email and calls to MDB attorneys to assist with a paid up letter from alliance, I think it's time to get the Ombudsman involved
