Paid them off but still debiting

Its Frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't have proper processes in place . My account was handed over to Alliance Call Centre Services in January 2021 and paid them off Month end of January 2021 .They deducted/debited again Month end of February 2021 I mailed them to ask what happening and they dismally failed to explain to me.

Amount of R2829 was deducted in my account tried to communicate with them and the answer was we don't know what's happening .I am choiceless but to open a ***** case again this company and involve Ombudsman .this has to be dealt with decisively.

I would to sure case them that I will get my money back.
