*********** on a another level my account was handed over to them for collection and it has been a nightmare dealing with them they recently sent me confirmation that my amount they were supposed to collect is paid in full and after that I get told no my account is not paid up and they said I didn't pay for a month I sent proof I have paid them and till this day they are still disputing my bank statement I sent

Problem solving is 4really not one of their skills making matters is their best skill
