ALLIANCE IS NOT ALLIGNED

Really this company is very unprofessional company called Alliance call centre service(for debt collection) first of all no one works here understand their duty to be in customer's shoes. Here's how they treated me have been dealing with company they collect for.. The company collected its funds account is closed already. And they collected on a closed account. I spoke to a team leader (name and shame) he knows himself. He genuinely does not fit the criteria of being a leader. I am sure they promised the turn around time just to get people away from them. Mine was 4th Feb. Head of finance to refund did not respond to their emails that how escalation go and be resolved. Agents are rude and ready to argue with a customers. They bringing the company to disreputable circumstances and uncomfortable for any person they drop your line and say it dropped its self . Imagine if other people will get bad /unsatisfactory customer service from this company called "alliance call centre service" and what service do they actually provide when they debit you Un orthorised and can't refund you accordingly. Even companies who are abroad do refund when you been subscribed and now will you unsubscribe because of certain issues you have as a customer tebogo and Nkonjane I'm really disappointed dissatisfied with your mission of work you don't put your company name in flying colors at all I hope you will learn to put your selve in customer shoes and respect your work.
