Alliance is in clear contravention of the POPI Act, yet they continue to send confidential information to the incorrect email address

For the past 3 or 4 months Yaseen at Alliance has been sending me Letters of Demand's or settlement discounts for Isabella Garcia International. I have called the Alliance after the first email and explained that I have never had any dealings with Isabella Garcia. The call centre agent who I spoke to voluntarily gave the person's details who this account belongs to, even asking me if I know this person. This is in contravention of the POPIA Act I have called them on numerous occasions to remove my details from their system.
