Alliance Call Centre Services

I am really tired of calling Alliance company, my Blue Label account was handed over to them but they don't really know what is going on. All I need is an updated (amount) settlement letter, I'm not winning and from 2020 March I have called, sent emails, statements and I have been promised call backs which I am still waiting for till today. Can I ask the credit bureau to remove the account because its really impacting me and I do want to pay it off.
