Water crisis

On Monday the 9th November we had water supply cut down by the City of Joburg in one of the blocks at Greenshank Villas Block A, Roodepoort.<br> There was a letter from the City of Joburg stating that the owners owe the city around R100k, the units have prepaid meters where we buy water at around R300 per unit per month on average.<br> The landlords claim that the crisis was a mistake on the City's side, however 3 days later we are still left with no water. I phoned Lindsay on Monday and didn't pick up, I then contacted one of the rental admin ladies(Linda) and she told me that she has nothing to do with Greenshank villas and hung up on me. after I sent sms's to both Lindsay and Linda I received a response from Lindsay stating that there was indeed a mistake from the City's side and the issue would be resolved the following day(Tuesday 10th November). Mathew Daniel then sent an email advising that the crisis would be resolved on Tuesday. I came home from work and there water issue was still not resolved in the whole building. Sent an email to Mathew to find out why the issue was not resolved and I didn't get any respond. It si now Wednesday 7PM and we still have no water in the building
