Very bad rental service

From the 26th of August we have not been having electricity, due to the company owing municipal rates and taxes, now we are also told our water will be cut off because the company refuses to pay, these people doesn't care how we survive or how we feel aslong as they get money.

Our food is rotten, our appliences are getting damaged by the on and off switching of the generator that doesnt even have sufficient diesel. Some of the tenants has been calling none stop for the owners to come and explain themselves but with no luck...

We saw all the paper trail that makes sense that this company owes the municipality yet people pay rent now we are stuck in the middle.
