trust me the problem is the bad tenants

i been with alleyroads almost a year and honestly my stay was chilled. when i moved in, i was worried coz of the stories u hear online but i thought let me just pay my rent, follow the rules and see for myself. and guess what? no drama.

one time my geyser started leaking, i sent a whatsapp to the agent and within 2 days they had someone there fixing it. like yah maybe not same day service but honestly they pulled thru.

what ppl dont tell u is half the time the ones shouting the loudest are the ones who havent paid for 3 months straight. at my block we had someone who didn’t pay and still partied every weekend, then cried when they got kicked out😂

so all these 1 star reviews? nah man. dont let it fool you. pay your rent and respect the place and u wont have problems. honestly i’m happy alleyroads cleaning out the bad apples, makes the whole vibe better for us good tenants
