Toxic Company with Rude employees

Reading at the reviews all makes sense and unfortunately living me as stats of your victims of Bad customer experience. I am a tenant at Oak on Apartment Unit 13 and stayed there for year and never had water bill coming up to even R100. Since Alley Roads took over from Pulse my water bill for June came up to R450.

I queried this via email and calling Jenilee Stevens. What a very rude and unprofessional individual. She laughed at me and asked why am I complaining of such a little amount R450, other people are paying water bills for thousands of rands. I find that as a ******* and not charging me for what I used but charged based on what I earn as my salary.
