This is the worse management ever!!!!!!

No help what so ever. They need to be investigated because there service deliver is pathetic. You have to send numerous emails to be helped which takes weeks on end to come. If you don't run after them nothing will be done. You have to become a "Karen" to get help. My flat is leaking so water comes in every time it leaks with all his rain I spend my days at work and evenings mopping up water for hours. I actually slipped an fell recently with the water. I am over it!!!
