Stop Blaming the Landlord — Some of Y’all Just Don’t Pay

Sho, I been stayin at one of the Alley Roads places for over a year now, and I must say — me I always paid my rent, every month, no issues. And because of that, I was treated with respect. If I had something broken, I asked nicely and they came to fix. They not perfect, sure, but this whole thing of blaming them for everything is just wrong.

Now lemme be real hey — the real problem is NOT Alley Roads... it's these bad tenants. I saw it with my own eyes — people who don’t pay for 2–3 months, then come with stories. Yoh the lies I heard… “my mom was supposed to pay”, “I was ****med”, “I forgot”, “my phone broke” — guys it’s every month! These same people are the loudest online crying about electricity being cut... but they never pay! 🤦🏽♂️

Honestly, I don’t even want to live next to people like that. You come home from work and you hear people fighting with the landlord or trying to sneak past security. It's embarrassing. And then they go online and post like they're innocent victims — haibo!

Big up to Alley Roads for trying to clean house and get rid of those ****mers. The rest of us who pay and behave don’t need to be living with people who are always ducking and diving. They make the whole place look bad.

So yah, I get it — the company has things to fix. But don’t come here and act like all the blame is on them when half the tenants are the ones causing drama. Let’s be honest.
