STAY AWAY FROM ALLEY ROADS

We need a negative star rating for this useless organization - This company took over form Pulse Property - worst thing ever! I paid a rental deposit to Pulse yet this never reflected on the Alley Roads invoice or statement. Despite several enquiries - still no joy. The rudest agent is Jenilee Billings, unprofessional to the highest order - They are quick to disconnect electricity ********ly when a tenant pays their rent late calling it carbon what what, & when she does engage with you, its as if you're beneath her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT. Hopefully I will get some joy from the Ombudsman cos I've had it now!
