Refund

Well I saw their property then was interested, I paid all the necessary fees and before I could move in things changed and I cancelled everything, I was advised that they will take R1800 for lease agreement and R200 for paper work… I didn’t dispute anything… I followed up with the agent and she told me the refund was approved… it’s month end I don’t have a place to stay, I don’t have rent money, my kids don’t have a roof over their heads and they not responding to my calls and emails… I guess they saying my furniture and kids will be homeless till they decide to pay back my refund… like I didn’t even move in so what’s the hold up with my refund🤷🏽♀️already you’ve ****** me of my R2000 then why aren’t you paying back the rest of my money?? The agent’s name is Nthabiseng Motshabi
