Poor management

Several emails are sent to these people with no response we don't know who we dealing with as there are no contact numbers, they do send us statements for payment each month, once you don't pay you get pernalized , the elevator has not been working since November and before that it has been on and off since this management took over, security gate is not working we don't feel safe you find someone standing on ur door and there was an incident whereby someone entered through the gate and stole one of the tenants laptop and cellphone, there's free access, keys for the security gate ain't working you got stuck outside for hours trying to open and it's not safe at night you might get ******.No Mentainance is done in this building, no caretaker, no network to connect to dstv the faulty component part has not been replaced since October all units are using 1 satellite dish which we don't know when will it be fixed there's no communication whtsoever.We don't have their address around Pretoria.So many incidents has happened in this flat.
