Nonsensical management

We wer being handled by pulse property until 2 month back when we wer told that the new management will be taking over. Alley roads is the new management. Since the take over they sent us statements with ridiculous monies added of the things we never used to pay.. Secondly they owe municipality we spent the whole week with no electricity and no communication... We tried to go to their office and you will never get anyone who wants to take responsibility. They always shift the blane to the next person who is not available. To such. An extent that we wer told the CEO is in some kind of vacation and cant attend to no matters. Ridiculous if you ask me... We sent millions of email with no reaponse. But they do send us emails to oay rent and if we dont they will penalize us... There was a pregnant lady who nearly gave birth in the lift while its got stuck with her... Alley roads takes people for a ride...
