Deposit Refund

I moved out of Apartments on Oak in September 2024, still today I am fighting for my deposit. Been speaking with a lady called Basetsana and even though I constantly follow up because she would never give me any feedback without me having to call, every time literally feels like I am being stalled or given empty promises with no deliverance. What baffles me is that if your behind on your rent, they are quick to act accordingly (block biometrics for gate access or block you from buying electricity) to make sure that you make payment. The company really lacks customer success management, admins really lack empathy and you'd be lucky to get them on the phone or get a reply on your messages.
